Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective September 10, 2026

This Policy applies to paid memberships and other purchases made through The Group Portal. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. All sales are final

All fees and purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds, credits, prorated refunds, or retroactive billing adjustments merely because a member did not use available access or features.

2. Non-usage and inactivity

Subscription fees pay for access to the platform, not active usage. No refunds or partial refunds will be granted due to non-usage, inactivity, or failure to log in.

Failure to access an account, read notices, update expired payment details, use benefits, or cancel before renewal does not excuse a charge or create a right to a retrospective refund.

3. Your responsibility to cancel

Members are strictly responsible for managing their subscriptions and completing cancellation through Account & Billing settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Deleting an app, becoming inactive, failing to log in, or contacting another member does not cancel a subscription. Continue until the dashboard or Stripe confirms cancellation.

4. Timing and access after cancellation

Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge. When a recurring subscription is canceled, automatic renewal stops and paid access ordinarily remains available through the end of the current paid billing cycle. No prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of that cycle.

5. Failed payments and plan changes

We may retry failed payments and restrict access for unpaid balances. An upgrade, downgrade, or plan change may be billed or prorated as disclosed during the transaction and reflected by Stripe. Canceling does not erase amounts already due.

6. Legally required refunds

If applicable law requires a refund or cancellation right that cannot be waived, we will honor that right. To request review, submit a support request with the account email, transaction date, amount, and basis for the request. Approval is not guaranteed unless required by law.

7. How to cancel

  1. Sign in and open Account & Billing.
  2. Open the billing or subscription management option to access the Stripe Customer Portal.
  3. Select the subscription, complete cancellation, and retain the confirmation for your records.

Complete these steps at least 24 hours before renewal. Questions may be submitted through the Support Center available in the Service.
